What we expect
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow up Q gate process and lead the cross-function team to develop new products on schedule within project target - product, cost, sales and profit:
- Agile project management and new cost level study with PIT team to drive the project launch to meet the fast market change.
- Project development process optimization and coaching PIT team member to achieve project target
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor degree or above. Electrical / Mechanical / Physics / Sales and Marketing background
- Min. 5 years of SSL lighting or Automotive field preferred
- Min. 3 year of experience in project management with successful story
- Competitor Analysis, Automotive Aftermarket, New Product Introduction
- Cross functional leadership for project management
- Good English skills. Good communication with international team
