What we expect

Bedienung von hochkomplexen, automatisierten Anlagen zur Waferfertigung / Operation of highly complex, automated systems for wafer production
Kontrolle der durchgeführten Arbeiten auf der Waferoberfläche per Mikroskop / Check out on the wafer surface by using a microscope
Durchführen von Maschinenchecks laut Arbeitsanweisung / Machine checks according to work instructions
Diverse Messungen von Schichtdicken, Widerständen, Partikel usw. / Various measurements of layer thickness, resistances, particles, etc.

Who we are looking for

Abgeschlossene Schul- bzw. Berufsausbildung / Completed school or vocational training
Gutes technisches Verständnis / Good technical understanding
Mindestalter von 18 Jahren / Minimum age of 18 years
Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B1) / German knowledge (at least B1)
Nachtschicht, Bereitschaft in allen Schichten (Früh , Spät- und Nachtschicht) zu arbeiten / Nightshift, willingness to work in fully continuous shift operation in all shifts (early shift, late shift and night shift)
Einhaltung der Sicherheits-, Reinraum- und 5S Vorschriften / Follow safety, cleanroom and 5S methodology
Lernbereitschaft / Willingness to learn
Flexibel hinsichtlich Veränderungen (u.a. bei Abdeckung oder Prioritäten) / Flexible in terms of changes (including coverage or priorities)
Teamplayer / Team player and communicates proactively

WAS WIR BIETEN / WHAT WE OFFER

• 35-Stundenwoche / 35 hours per week
• Vollkontinuierlicher Schichtbetrieb: 6 Arbeitstage und 3 Tage frei / Working schedule: fully continuous shift operation with 6 working days and 3 days off
• wettbewerbsfähiger Lohn und Zusatzleistungen basierend auf Deiner Leistung / Competitive wage and benefits based on your performance
• Die Beschäftigung erfolgt nach dem Kollektivvertrag für Arbeitnehmer der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie, Beschäftigungsgruppe A, Bruttolohn inkl. Zulagen etwa EUR 2 900,- im ersten Monat. Danach gibt es weitere Erhöhungen / Employment is in accordance with the collective agreement for employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group A, monthly gross wage including allowances approx. EUR 2 900,- for the first month. Further increases will take place thereafter

Step 2

Online application

You simply register on our applicant portal and receive access data with which you log in. In the application form, you only have to fill out a few fields and can upload important documents such as cover letter, resume or certificates. This usually takes 5 - 10 minutes. As soon as your application has been successfully saved in our applicant portal, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. The individual review of your documents by HR and the department usually takes two to four weeks.

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
