Production Supervisor - 3rd shift

What we expect
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision and leadership in our Packaging Department during evening hours (hybrid shift), 5 PM – 1 AM
- Collaborate closely with area supervisors, 2nd and 3rd shift production personnel, managers, and engineers to address personnel and technical concerns, resolve issues, and drive positive results
- Primary responsibility is to ensure operational safety, quality standards, and production output targets are achieved
- Provide daily feedback to management concerning operational performance and opportunities
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety procedures
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the management team
Who we are looking for
What we look for:
- An associate’s Degree or a Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline is desirable
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with a proven track record of success
- Strong Knowledge of MS tools, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong decision-making skills, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential qualities for this position
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people development skills are essential for this position
