We have the following opening available for a 2nd shift Production Supervisor at our Hillsboro, NH Automotive Lighting facility, the only automotive lighting manufacturing location in NAFTA.
- Provide direct supervision in our department on 2nd shift (2:45 pm to 11:15 pm)
- Collaborate closely with production personnel, managers, supervisors and engineers across all 3 shifts to address concerns, resolve issues, and achieve key performance metrics
- Responsible for ensuring daily targets are met using proven managerial techniques
- Accountable for monitoring and tracking all daily production indicators
Who we are looking for
- Associates Degree or Bachelors degree in a business or technical discipline desirable
- Minimum of 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience with a proven track record of success in a similar production environment is a must
- Strong decision-making skills, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential qualities for this position
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and people development skills are essential for this position
