What we expect

Management and responsibility for regional Real Estate portfolio (in accordance with the overarching corporate/Real Estate guidelines and rules)
Location concepts as the basis for Real Estate-driven decisions
Location analysis/site searches
Disposal/acquisition projects in close coopereation with Real Estate in Germany
Management of leases, including negotiation of major new leases, lease extensions and lease terminations
Identification and implementation of optimization projects
Project management activities
Local Real Estate portfolio incl. Real Estate database with controlling, reporting and budget activities
Approval processes for real estate transactions in accordance with Real Estate governance
Selection and commissioning of real estate service providers
Support for regional property/facility management
Support for M&A activities (Real Estate workstream) in close cooperation with Real Estate Germany
Support with market value appraisals in close cooperation with Real Estate Germany

Who we are looking for

University degree or comparable degree with a focus on corporate real estate or business administration or architecture or civil engineering
At least 5 years of experience in corporate real estate in an international industrial context
Project management skills for projects > € 10'0
Strong knowledge and experience in corporate real estate, ideally in all phases of the value chain
Experience with global operations and knowledge of different local market conditions/practices
Strong strategic and analytical thinking
Strong spirit of initiative and results orientation, Team collaboration and orientation
Self-motivated and pragmatic problem-solving skills
Good MS Office applications
Fluent in local language and English

Step 1

Job search

Step 2

Online application

You simply register on our applicant portal and receive access data with which you log in. In the application form, you only have to fill out a few fields and can upload important documents such as cover letter, resume or certificates. This usually takes 5 - 10 minutes. As soon as your application has been successfully saved in our applicant portal, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. The individual review of your documents by HR and the department usually takes two to four weeks.

Step 3

Phone interview

If your profile is suitable for the advertised position, we will invite you to a telephone interview.

Step 4

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
