Photolithography Senior Staff Engineer

What we expect
- Ensure Equipment and process stability, responsible for Equipment Uptime and Efficiency.
- Manage spare parts inventory by balancing tool uptime / efficiency and cost.
- Perform corrective maintenance.
- Responsible for Indirect Material usage and drive productivity improvements.
- Establish Preventive Maintenance procedures and drive effective PM.
- Create equipment skills matrix & training documentation to improve maintenance technicians' technical competency.
- Lead new equipment readiness for capacity expansion from procurement, hookup, installation, process qualification until release for production.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Science
- Min. 5 years of front-end semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment working experience.
- Min. 5 years of experience and competency in manufacturing or process engineering.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams (process & equipment engineering, production).
- Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural multi-national working environment & organization.
