Packaging Planner

What we expect
Responsibilities:
- Packaging material management – 70%
- Raw Materials Planning supporting manufacturing operations.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste or obsolescence.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve supply issues.
- Lead/support packaging project initiatives
- Support audits and quality issues by providing necessary documentation and traceability.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems.
- Process Improvement – 15%
- Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance SAP functionalities.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: 15%
- Extract relevant data from SAP and other systems to generate reports.
- Review key packaging material metrics (MoH, Safety stock, safety time).
- Provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
Who we are looking for
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, supply planning, or procurement.
- Proficiency in SAP is essential. Power BI or other system knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
