What we expect
- Analyze the loading forecast to identify production and bottleneck processes, and recommends actions for resolution, including JIT delivery timely, optimal WIP and safety stocks.
- Responsible for new capacity expansion, monitoring & tracking production output and follow up the new machine ramp up plan, confirm with EE & PE, SCM, IE, & R&D on materials, HC and machinery availability, delivery & capacity allocation.
- Committed to standardize and systematic line steering job with efficiency improvement.
- Coaching subordinates to enhance team capability, train and improve team skills to make the goal achieved.
- Support an effective, smooth communication, coordination with other Departments.
- Drive material saving project with related departments to achieve the target.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor degree of above in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, business administration is preferred;
- At least 15 years work experience in semiconductor production planning and 10+ years of team management experience;
- Skilled spoken & written English for internal /external communication;
- Fluently use different version of office software;
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
