Job Description: • Responsible for verification of documents and has the ability to train Material Handlers on an ongoing
basis.
• Interacts with Engineers, production control and production departments daily.
• Drive a truck for deliveries from Osram to Norton Warehouse and other facilities as needed.
• Receipt of incoming deliveries both truck and container.
• Opening and closing of Norton warehouse as needed.
• In depth knowledge of material staging, placement and pull for shipment

• As a member of our Packaging team, you will directly impact the final step of production before
going out to the market. This role is responsible for packaging the finished automotive headlight
bulbs for delivery to our retail customers. You will contribute to:
• Assembly, packing, weighing and labeling cartons for delivery, shipment, or storage. Identifying correct
labeling and documentation.
• Inspecting final product and packaging to ensure they are not damaged
• Following all company guidelines regarding packaging.
• Handling inventory with care and attention to detail. 2nd shift Warehouse Driver 3pm-11:30pm
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Who we are looking for
• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Must successfully pass Industrial Lift Physical.
• Must be tested/maintain a valid lift operation license/certification.
• Must be well organized, detail oriented, and time oriented.
• Must show the ability to train others effectively
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must hold a DOT physical card.
• 2-3 year’s related experience preferred.
