Job Description:
• Assembly, packing, weighing and labeling cartons for delivery, shipment, or storage.• Identifying correct labeling and documentation.
• Inspecting final product and packaging to ensure they are not damaged Following all company
guidelines regarding packaging.
• Handling inventory with care and attention to detail
• Packers must be able to seal each container while maintaining product integrity at the set pace of the
equipment.
• Packers must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent organizational

• As a member of our Packaging team, you will directly impact the final step of production before
going out to the market. This role is responsible for packaging the finished automotive headlight
bulbs for delivery to our retail customers. You will contribute to:
• Assembly, packing, weighing and labeling cartons for delivery, shipment, or storage. Identifying correct
labeling and documentation.
• Inspecting final product and packaging to ensure they are not damaged
• Following all company guidelines regarding packaging.
• Handling inventory with care and attention to detail. 1st shift Packer -6:30am-3pm
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
$0.50 / hour raise after 6-month successful review

Who we are looking for

Qualifications.
• No prior manufacturing experience required
• Must be able to stand, stretch, bend, reach, and twist
• Must be able to lift at least 25lbs on your own.
• Must be reliable and detail oriented.

Online application

You simply register on our applicant portal and receive access data with which you log in. In the application form, you only have to fill out a few fields and can upload important documents such as cover letter, resume or certificates. This usually takes 5 - 10 minutes. As soon as your application has been successfully saved in our applicant portal, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. The individual review of your documents by HR and the department usually takes two to four weeks.

Phone interview

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us
