Maintenance Associate Engineer (Wetchemistry)

What we expect

Provide line support for equipment setup, recovery & corrective maintenance to meet KPIs defined in the Wet Chemistry department.
Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and complete PM documentation as required.
Able to Perform advance machine troubleshooting. Knowledge to Wet tools (Metal Lift-off, Chemical Spray tool, Wet Benches and SRD tool) is a must.
Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol.
Support the Tools setup, installation & qualification.
Plan & execute projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiencies (Speed/Cost/Quality).
Train junior technicians to attain and improve skills & competencies for line sustaining activities.
Support process team for evaluation & process verification.

Who we are looking for

Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics, Production Engineering or equivalent
At least with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Wet Benches, Spray tools, and single-wafer chamber systems such as Veeco, Siconnex, and SCREEN
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
Experience in working with Wet equipment, Schematic Diagram, Robot arm and Sensors
Skilled in MS Power Point, Excel & Word
Fluent in English/Malay language (verbal & writing)
Good interpersonal skills, responsible and able to handle stress
Able to work in rotating shift pattern

Step 1

Step 2

As soon as your application has been successfully saved in our applicant portal, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. The individual review of your documents by HR and the department usually takes two to four weeks.

Step 3

Phone interview

If your profile is suitable for the advertised position, we will invite you to a telephone interview.

Step 4

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
