What we expect
- Verantwortung und Steuerung von KAM-Kunden mit Fokus auf Ausbau von Marktanteilen und weiteren Potentialen im Trade, E-Com und Retail
- Unterstützung bei Entwicklung und Implementierung einer Kundenstrategie sowie die Definition und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung
- Direkte Umsatz-, Absatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung
- Erstellung, Verhandlung sowie Abschluss von Kundenverträgen unter Einhaltung aller Vorgaben und Regelungen (ams OSRAM Richtlinien)
- Aktive Mitwirkung bei Aufbau eines Entscheider-Netzwerks beim Kunden sowie Teilnahme auf wichtigen Branchenevents und Messen
- Mitarbeit an der Erstellung und Auswertung von Preis-, Wettbewerbs- und Potentialanalysen sowie internes Reporting im Rahmen von Monatsberichten, Forecasts und Jahresanalysen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit Sales-Team, Business Development, Customer Service und Marketing
