Internship - Technical Customer Support (m/d/f)

What we expect
- Preparing documentation necessary for customer support (presentations, datasheets, fact sheets etc.)
- Offering first level customer support on questions related to Multi Project Wafers, Process Development Kits, process node capabilities etc.
- Setting up and executing NDAs with customers and partners
- Setting up and executing license agreements with customers and partners for ams OSRAM tools
- Handling export control requests with internal stakeholders as well as with Austrian authorities
- Internship period 6 months, start from Jan 2025, 15-18 hours per week, negotiable.
Who we are looking for
- Some previous experience in technical customer support
- Some previous experience with export control or licensing or legal agreements
- Fluent in English both oral and written. Fluency in German also desirable.
- Ideally 2nd or 3rd year student at TU or FH, or business study with HTL background
