What we expect
- Analysis of IT Service Management processes
- Incident management
- Request management
- Improve the Knowledge Management processes
- Analysis of current situation in the knowledge management system and process
- Plan and develop improvement in the knowledge management system and process
- Collaborate with other IT team to create and update knowledge articles
- Operation and development of the application ServiceNow, includes integration with:
- Search engine
- Chatbot
- Machine Learning predictive model
Who we are looking for
- Student in Information Systems or Computer Science
- Knowledge in area of IT Service Management, ITIL, and especially in the “Knowledge Management process”.
- Knowledge in web application development: HTML and Javascript.
- Knowledge about ServiceNow would be beneficial.
- Minimum internship period: 4 months
