Head of Sales (d/m/f) - Machine projects and parts

What we expect
- Steering of European sales for machine parts and machine projects, engineering services and manufacturing services
- Customer negotiations with regard to product specifications, volumes, prices, delivery terms and payment conditions
- Significantly increase the project business for complete machines
- Managing and developing the sales and back-office teams
- Regular reporting of sales KPI, deviations from targets including definition of improvement measures
- Unlocking new market fields with the target to gain sustainable customers for all sales areas
- Close co-operation with other customer facing departments of the machine plant, especially mechanical and electro engineers and project managers – also from other locations
Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed studies (Master, Diploma) in business administration, marketing, engineering (preferred) or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
- Several years (> 5 years) experience in international technical management is regarded as an asset
- Experience in market and competition analysis, setting up business plans and execution
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of German (>= B1) or English (>= B1)
- Willingness to travel (50-80%)
Minimum salary of 3500€ to 5000€ monthly gross fix package, plus variable salary related to sales success.
