Head of EHS (d/m/f)

What we expect
- Maintaining and auditing the EHS Management System (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001)
- Ensuring the compliance with legal, corporate and other regulations
- Reports of audit findings to the management and driving improvement plans
- Local Management review EHS part with cooperation of QM (QM leading role)
- Acting as contact person for all EHS matters at the site
- Involvement in implementation and coordination of internal EHS regulations
- Preparation of the EHS budget
- Fullfilment of strategic and/or local EHS goals
Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed degree in Technical / Environmental Management, or Health & Safety area
- At least 3+ years of working experience in respective area
- Knowledge of processes: EHS audits, regulations, Slovak legislation in EHS
- MS Office tools proficiency required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking, workload resistance
- Proficiency in English and Slovak is a must, German language as advantage
The estimated salary package for this position is around 37.000,00 EUR annually.
