HR Principal Specialist (d/m/f) - Global Learning and Training

What we expect
- Manage global learning offerings (in partnership with internal trainers or external training providers) and related activities towards management and employees. Partner with trainers/vendors to evaluate the relevance of offerings globally, and continuously improve processes and user experience
- Drive programs towards positive user experience and maintain current and further develop new learning processes in internal systems. Support activities on audits related to learning and implement training effectiveness checks globally in alignment with audit standards
- Bring in best-practice knowledge on how to drive learning engagement and streamline learning offerings; this may include AI Artificial Intelligence
- Manage Learning & Training related, global communications and community engagement on SharePoint, newsletters, and Viva Engage to effectively promote global learning programs, guidelines, initiatives, changes, and processes. Prepare reports on global learning initiatives for both internal and external publications
- Identify and implement development programs to support and enhance the skills of internal trainers. Design and manage recognition programs to acknowledge internal experts as trainers
- Project management: support and coordinate workstreams for the successful implementation of the Global Learning Management System (LMS) Harmonization project (SuccessFactors)
- Monitor and report on the global Learning & Training budget quarterly, ensuring that expenditures are effectively allocated and align with strategic objectives
Who we are looking for
- Bachelors or Masters in Adult Learning, Learning Sciences, or HR Management is preferred
- At least 5 years experience in a global learning role within a multinational organization, with a good understanding of global learning needs, practices and challenges
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with team members, business leaders, and external stakeholders
- Experience working with diverse teams across different cultures, with a deep understanding of cultural sensitivities and communication styles
- Demonstrated ability to manage global projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and evaluation
- Expertise in developing and implementing internal communication strategies and tools to engage and inform stakeholders
- Capable of taking initiative and working independently, while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
- Experience in developing and maintaining learning processes within internal systems, with a focus on improving user experience and evaluating learning effectiveness
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar Learning Management Systems is a plus
- Proficient in data analysis and MS Office
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
