What we expect

Full responsibility of process and equipment engineering to support production output, cycle time, quality and cost.
Provide leadership in strategic planning and management of process, equipment and personnel resources to support production and meet delivery commitments.
Provide leadership in meeting company's Breakthrough Objectives and Goals, relevant to Module 2.
Plan and manage Module KPIs (Quality, EHS, Cost, Equipment Uptime and Efficiency).
Lead and drive continuous improvement programs in cost, quality, cycle time and EHS.
Support production transfer, qualification and ramp projects.

Who we are looking for

PhD, Master, Bachelor Degree of Engineering or Science.
Min. 10 years of front-end semiconductor wafer fab working experience with competency in leading a semiconductor production organization, with project management exposure in cross functional projects.
Experience in leading production and cross-functional teams (process & equipment engineering, production). Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural multi-national working environment & organization.
Equipped with Front-end wafer fabrication process/equipment/material engineering/manufacturing experience.
Skilled in OEE, SPC, FDC, 8D problem solving, FMEA, DMAIC, TWI.
Experience in Semiconductor related Digital Manufacturing and Automation.

Step 1

Job search

Step 2

Online application

You simply register on our applicant portal and receive access data with which you log in. In the application form, you only have to fill out a few fields and can upload important documents such as cover letter, resume or certificates. This usually takes 5 - 10 minutes. As soon as your application has been successfully saved in our applicant portal, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. The individual review of your documents by HR and the department usually takes two to four weeks.

Step 3

Phone interview

If your profile is suitable for the advertised position, we will invite you to a telephone interview.

Step 4

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
