Customer Service Administrator (m/d/f)

What we expect
- Creation and maintenance of Customer Master Data and Pricing Conditions in the ERP system (SAP) based on inputs given by Sales, to customer requirements, and according to company guidelines
- Ensure a proper and accurate customer order entry process from the different sources (automated and non-automated tools), the timely registration in the ERP system, the correctness of pricing and conditions
- Monitor the open items and timely payment of customer invoices and support to identify the root causes of delays
- Operate in the ERP system for the solution of commercial and quality claims raised by customers
- Ensure a prompt, proactive and cooperative communication with the customers by means of any tool (phone, e-mail, web tools etc.)
- Support internal Sales and external Sales Agents in own area of responsibility
Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed business education or comparable qualification
- Minimum three years of work experience in Customer Service or Logistics
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel) and SAP
- Ability to work on your own initiative, good interpersonal skills
- Process and logistics knowledge to support the customers is required
- Very good written and spoken English
