Chip Integration Staff Engineer, Frontend to Backend

What we expect
- Responsible for FrontEnd non-conformance risk assessment / excursion containment at BackEnd.
- Responsible and take necessary actions to prevent re-occurrence of FrontEnd excursion to BackEnd.
- Support change management on material or process from FrontEnd to BackEnd.
- Responsible for Chip improvements / changes proliferation to BackEnd via change request. Work with cross-function teams for BackEnd workability build planning, data review and publish data to FrontEnd requestor.
- Responsible for BackEnd non-conformance due to FrontEnd chip issue and work with FrontEnd for containment and improvement.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Min 3 years of work related experience in waferfab or equivalent experience in semiconductors field.
