What we expect

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Sourcing-Strategien für Halbleiterfertigungs- Equipment, Ersatzteile und Service
  • Ausrichtung von Lieferanten anhand der zukünftigen Technologieziele und Vorantreiben von Innovationen durch frühzeitige Kollaboration mit R&D und Operations
  • Analyse von Kostenstrukturen und Implementierung von Initiativen zur Kostensenkung durch strategische Verhandlungen sowie Optimierung der Lieferkette zur Verbesserung der Verfügbarkeit von Equipment, Ersatzteilen und Service
  • Kollaboration in cross-funktionalen Teams um Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen, Risiken zu mitigeren und Probleme effektiv zu managen
  • Durchführung von Marktanalysen, um vorteilhafte Deals und Partnerschaften zu ermöglichen, die die Einkaufsaktivitäten mit den Geschäftszielen und Technologie Roadmaps in Einklang bringen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Gesetzen und Unternehmensrichtlinien, kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Einkaufsprozesse und Tools, um die Effizienz und den Wertbeitrag des Einkaufs zu steigern
  • Etablierung von Performance-Metriken zur Lieferantenbewertung und Weiterentwicklung der zugehörigen Category für zukünftige Investments

Who we are looking for

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master, Diplom) in Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich technischer Einkauf, Category Management und/oder Vertrieb idealerweise von Halbleiter-Fertigungsequipment und MRO
  • Ausgeprägte Ergebnisorientierung (Einhaltung der Zielkosten, des Zieltermins und der definierten Qualität bei allen zu beschaffenden Maschinen und Materialien)
  • Interkulturelle Erfahrung und Prozesskenntnisse in der Halbleiterfertigung wünschenswert
  • Hohes Maß an Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie anderen gängigen Programmen
  • Sehr gutes Kommunikationsgeschick
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft (10-20%)
