Associate Engineer

1. Daily parameter and hardware check，machine 5S and record related data in recording book per required;

日常设备参数及硬件点检、设备内部5S并记录相关数据到记录本；

2. Equipment conversion and buyoff to ensure no quality issue after conversion;

设备的换型工作，做好质量验收确保换型后的产品质量过关；

3. Spare parts replacement for wear-tear parts;

常规磨损备件更换；

4. Proactively inspect production line anomalies and solve them in time;

主动地巡检产线异常并及时解决；

5. Multiple troubleshooting skill for different supplier equipment;

具备多种型号设备维修技能；

6. Support PM tech to perform preventive maintenance even overhaul activities per scheduled and specified.

协助PM技术员按照计划和技术要求对设备进行预防性维护以及重大检修；

7. Lead shift technician to work with Production/Planner to arrange technician resource；

做好当班技术员管理工作，配合生产、计划团队及时调整技术员工作优先级；

8. Assist Engineer or Supervisor to collect machine/man information and feedback on time;

协助工程师或主管统计设备，人员信息并及时反馈；

9. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor;

主管交代的其他任务；

1. College degree or above on Mechatronics, Electronic automation, mechanical manufacturing etc.

大专及以上学历，机械、电子、机电一体化专业；

2. 7 years or above related equipment maintenance experience.

7年及以上设备维护相关经验；

3. Can read electrical/circuit diagrams and use multimeter, oscilloscope etc.

能读懂电气电路图，会使用万用表、示波器等基本工具诊断设备故障；

4. Familiar with the theory and application of electrical.

熟悉电气理论及实际使用；

5. Can read/write English, good report skill.

能读写英语，较良好的报告能力；

6. Familiar with software and PC hardware.

熟练掌握电脑软硬件相关知识；

7. If involved special equipment, X-ray and other special positions, must hold the certificate according to the regulations; Basic knowledge of chemical safety is required if chemical handling positions are involved;

如涉及特种设备、X-RAY等特殊岗位，按法规要求持证上岗；如涉及化学品操作岗位，需具备基本的化学品安全知识；
