Associate Engineer, RD Test Support

What we expect
- When introducing new products into the R&D department, assist engineers in completing the acceptance, operation, and equipment operation process of Test Handling for new equipment and processes.
- Assist engineers in updating process documents and developing new product process documents.
- Able to independently collect and organize data during the process of process and product development
- Responsible for the machine operation of the Test Handling process, handling online process and equipment issues when making samples for new products
- After the equipment and process validation are completed, they are transferred to the production department, including the development of operating procedures and OP, Tech training.
Who we are looking for
- Equivalent college degree or above, full-time preferred
- More than three years of relevant work experience
- There is ISMECA, Those with machine operation experience in Into Test, Tokyo Weld, LiSu are preferred.
- English proficiency in reading and writing, with priority given to those who have passed CET4.
- Proficient in using office software such as PowerPoint, Create daily reports and summaries using Word, EXCEL, and other tools; Those who can adapt to shift work are preferred
