Analog RF Design Engineer (d/m/f)

What we expect
- Improve RF immunity performance of analog mixed signal ASIC designs
- Analyze data taken by RF measurement group for specification compliance
- Work with RF measurement group to improve measurement techniques and accuracy
- Work with customers who collaborate with ams OSRAM to produce the best RF immunity performance
- Supporting RF design up to the 10 GHz for the entire signal path where sensitive to RF disturbance/interference will be analyzed
Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed studies in RF engineering, electromagnetics and analog circuit design or comparable
- Several years (~3 years) of related work experience
- Familiarity with EDA tools: Spice based and 3D electromagnetic simulators (finite element method)
- Experience in RF Design
- Working knowledge of RF bench test equipment such as network/vector analyzers and signal analyzers
- Good understanding of analog circuit design and metal system connection structure working at transistor level
- Detailed-oriented team player
- Good communication skills in oral and written English
