Periodically analyze actual costs and earnings to provide management with clear, actionable information.
Identify and initiate SMART opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity; monitor adherence to targets like overtime, headcount, and earnings per hour.
Oversee inventory levels to optimize stock, minimizing excess and obsolescence.
Establish activity rates using Activity-Based Costing (ABC) methodologies.
Work closely with the global Operations team using SAP/BI, report to management, and contribute to strategic decisions.
