What we look for

Bachelor Degree or Master in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Optical or Engineering equivalent
Minimum 8 years working experience for bachelor or ＞3 years working experience for master in LED, Electrical, Semiconductor, Automotive related industry. Working experience in LED industry is preferred.
Min. 1 year of project management experience in high-tech/ semiconductor or related industry. PMP certification is preferred
Essential PM or other equivalent training conducted.
Able to work with stress and adapt to fast changes.
Excellent Leadership capabilities; Excellent Creativity; Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills; Excellent Written Report and Presentation Skills; Excellent Self Continuous Learning behavior
Capable to communicate in English with global team. Excellent in Literacy, Listening and Speaking
Willing to share experience within team and R&D to guide fresh colleague grow.
