Who we are looking for

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or other field relevant to LED/lighting; MBA in marketing a plus
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant engineering or product marketing experience in semiconductor or related field
Excellent analytical skills and conceptual thinking with the ability to synthesize broad swaths of information into concise, actionable intelligence
Streetwise, commercially savvy, resilient, taking initiative, self-starter, enthusiasm and drive
Ability and flexibility to work in a global environment with multiple organizations within the company in virtual teams
Availability to travel 20-40%
Excellent English skills in writing and speaking
