Who we are looking for

Project Management and Organization Skills
Solid understanding of engineering principles and applications
Ability to complete multiple tasks effectively, including work prioritization and program management to specifications, schedules and budgets in a result-oriented environment
Must have excellent communication skills to explain product design and related testing to all levels and technical abilities
Prefered Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or relevant field
Competency in applied statistical methods (Six Sigma), Data analytics, Lean techniques preferred
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with presentation skills
