Who we are looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
10+ years of experience in semiconductor post silicon validation of automotive electronic systems, with a focus on battery management systems (IVT sensors).
Strong expertise in using NI-PXI setups (SMU, DPE, PPMU, FGEN, Scope, Relay drivers, ADC/DAC modules), Audio Precision instruments, FPGA platforms, debug setups, EMI/EMC concepts, PCB design tools, data analysis, report generation tools, and Python scripting
Expertise in automotive validation standards, tools, and methodologies (e.g., CAN, LIN, MATLAB/Simulink, Vector tools).
Knowledge of functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and experience in safety-critical systems validation.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, collaborative with cross-functional teams
Fluent in written and verbal communication in English to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
