Deine Aufgaben
- Requires a strong background in Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering.Hands-on experience in LED testing processes and machine maintenance.
Responsible for ensuring test equipment performance, product quality and uptime. - Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective actions for equipment failures in conclusive of preventive maintenance planning.
- Collaborates with process, equipment, and quality teams to achieve production targets.
- Leads and mentors technicians to build technical skills and job ownership.
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives in test and maintenance processes. Knowledge in analyzing OEE and machine eUPH/ Utilization.
