职位要求
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and automation
- Analyze Supply Chain Models and business processes in an end-to-end-perspective
- Drive for continuous improvements and support changing environment, inclusive of system integrations activities. Coordinate Change Request for enhancement; drive/support unit testing/integration testing/user acceptance testing
- Interface with IT on enhancement and change request to fulfill supply chain management (SCM) and other related business process requirements
- Analyse and resolve errors/issues reported and provide business consulting to users
- Documentation of all related business processes (SIPOC, RACI & etc). Actively support Knowledge Management, perform training to end users where applicable. Drive project management (PJM) and execution with vast leadership skill
