- Work as customer service representative with international key accounts in a modern, global Supply Chain environment.
- Proactive Order Management & close monitoring of order book and shipments.
- Ownership of end-to-end operational customer interaction and demand fulfillment.
- Strong Customer advocate whilst fostering company's best interests into account.
- Handle inbound B2B customer calls, email inquiries, requests with accuracy and on a timely manner.
- Participate in customer and project review meetings, understand customer profiles whilst supporting company’s growth and strategic targets.
- Professionally handle customer escalation and allocation scenarios.
- Collaborate and provide cross functional support in customer related matters in dynamic working environment.
