职位要求
- Implement the lean program by facilitating continuous improvement initiatives such as 6Sigma, Kaizen/CIP (Continuous Improvement Projects), and Light Bulb through trainings, facilitation, and coaching.
- Update and assess the Manufacturing Standard metrics - lay-out, UPH (Unit per hour), HPK (hours per K output --> Labor Productivity metric), and be able to determine the efficient production process and define necessary resources.
- Support Calamba Elevate project (Automation initiatives) through coordination with different stakeholders, understanding the current process improvement needs and recommend applicable automation program.
- Communicate lean philosophy, activities and programs by conducting trainings, and information dissemination to all levels of organization
