职位要求
- Ensure resources (include Man, Material, Machine, Method, Facility etc.) are in place for the attainment of production objectives
Supervision of production cells to achieve quality KPI (FAR and Excursion cases)
- Analysis production line non-value add area and take actions to improve for cost down and productivity improvement
- Manpower and Material management to achieve productivity and turnover KPIs (e.g., Kaizen of production processes or production methods or cell layout improvements)
- Work center's 5S keeping and EHS site control and enhancement
- Identify opportunities and initiate continuous improvement projects to achieve improvements
- Conduct the production line audit to verify the qualified operator’s line operating performance
- Regularly communicate with team members, coach & motivate them to improve team cohesion
