职位要求
- Bachelor degree in engineering or similar
- Excellent knowledge of project management for integrated circuits and module solutions including advanced technologies
- Excellent knowledge of end-to-end integrated circuit product development flow including concept, specification, design, layout, assembly, evaluation, production test, quality, reliability, product engineering and release to mass production
- Proven experience in COT model and ability to interface to internal and external technology suppliers like wafer foundries, module assembly houses, filter fabs …
- Excellent ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in multiple locations, including R&D, marketing, quality and reliability, applications engineering, failure analysis, internal and external technology development teams and other internal departments and external partners
- Knowledge in CMOS, HVCMOS, BCD technologies and filter technologies is a plus
- Ability to drive teams to successful project completion
- Excellent team player, analytic thinking and innovation
- Good communicator. Fluent in Mandarin and English
