- Accountability for group-wide financial risk management
- Development, coordination, and implementation of hedging strategies for currency, interest rate, and commodity price risks
- Independent consulting of group entities on all aspects of financial risk management
- Responsibility for liquidity management and execution of trading transactions with banks and group companies
- Reporting within the framework of risk management
- Support of financial planning processes
- Compliance with regulatory requirements and participation in audit processes
- Analysis and implementation of process optimizations in risk management
- Support of M&A projects as well as participation in various treasury-related projects
