- Support organizational management activities, including maintaining department and position structures, reporting lines, and related updates in the HR system to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Perform regular data checks and system updates to maintain high data quality, ensure timely processing of HR transactions, and support basic HR reporting when required.
- Maintain and support HR system workflows, and coordinate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve system or data-related issues.
- Participate in HR projects, initiatives, and process improvement activities, including supporting data preparation, reporting, progress tracking, and providing support to other HR functions such as Learning & Development when required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with strong accountability, while maintaining proper documentation of processes, guidelines, and data standards to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
