- Perform UPH (Units per Hour) time study to evaluate machine efficiency, pinpoint bottlenecks, and collaborate with process engineers to enhance workflow optimization, with minimum supervision.
- Conduct a Labor time study to set standard times for each area and use these benchmarks to enhance labour allocation efficiency and reduce headcount, with minimum supervision
- Update the production floor layout to optimize space utilization, improve workflow, and maintain high operational standards for sustained manufacturing success
- Plan and execution for machines, tools, and jigs inventory check to track assets and prevent unnecessary purchases by reusing existing equipment for future products.
- Plan and execution for production machines relocation which including scheduling alignment with production team, location selection, layout update and all activities needed
- To demonstrate time study on bottleneck equipment to customer when needed.
