Julian is a Microtechnologist Apprentice in his second year. He works on ensuring the quality of high end imaging devices and sensors, helping unlock the full potential of modern sensing technologies. Before starting his apprenticeship, he had no idea how much expertise, teamwork, and advanced technology were needed to create something as small and common as an LED. A realization that still fascinates him. His role requires precise manual skills, careful handling of extremely small components, and a solid technical interest. He believes that the skills and knowledge gained in his role enable him to actively shape the future of technology.
Corporate Administration
Nicola has been with the organization for nearly 12 years and works as an Executive Assistant supporting Corporate Development and the Head of Global Sales. She showcases how global collaboration drives innovation by working closely with assistants around the world on day to day business. Success in her role requires strong organizational skills, quick thinking, common sense, and supportive colleagues.
