- High-Volume Manufacturing Performance Ownership – Drive wafer yield, scrap reduction, cycle time, and output stability for assigned products/foundries.
- Foundry Operational Management & Escalation – Manage daily/weekly foundry interactions, excursions, line holds, and recovery plans; lead technical escalations when needed.
- Yield Improvement & Cost Reduction Programs – Identify, quantify, and execute yield and cost improvement initiatives.
- Risk Management & Capacity Assurance – Proactively assess supply, process, and technology risks (including fab transfers and changes) and define mitigation plans.
- Cross-Functional Coordination – Interface with Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to align priorities and ensure smooth mass-production execution.
- Data-Driven Reporting & Management Communication – Prepare clear, fact-based updates for management reviews, including yield trends, risks, and financial impact.
- Support NPI-to-HVM Transitions – Support product ramps and process freezes to ensure robust handover into high-volume manufacturing.
