- Maintenance of SAP Partner (Customer & Vendor) Master Data. Maintenance of SAP outputs for customers
- Manage customer and vendor master data governance. Ensure data integrity and data quality by defining rules and initiate data quality monitoring reports per master data guidelines
- Development and implementation of SAP Business Warehouse reports for Master Data extraction. Identify process improvements for master data operations, enhancing efficiency and controls
- Participate and support projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions for master data topics
- Coordinate Change Request for enhancement; drive/support unit testing/integration testing/user acceptance testing
- Actively support Knowledge Management with proper and up to date documentation. Perform training to end users where applicable
