- Support the design and implementation of SAP solutions that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with IT or SAP consultants and developers to ensure accurate system configuration and integration.
- Assist in testing, training, and deployment of SAP enhancements and projects. Maintain documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides
- Monitor and troubleshoot SAP MM/SD issues and provide timely resolutions.
