你的职责
- Lead cross-functional product developments, coordinate project activities
- Ability to inspire and motivate project team members
- Ensure planned project activities are executed timely to meet the production start schedule,
complying with approved project budget and scope, meeting required quality - Professionally manage requirement change requests, risks, use of tools such as FMEA
- Maintain close co-operation with (internal) customers and suppliers during development
- Align with Engineering, Marketing and Product Management to meet customer requirements
- Timely escalation of issues and risks to Management and take ownership to resolve issues
