- Execution of evaluation software, and system-level test cases and designing validation hardware basic boards.
- Validate the performance, safety, and reliability of battery management functions like state-of-charge (SOC) estimation, thermal management, and fault detection.
- Execute functional, environmental, and durability testing for automotive compliance (e.g. thermal).
- Document validation results and provide detailed reports to cross-functional teams.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for identified issues.
- Collaborate with design, ATE team, system engineering, and marketing teams to resolve validation challenges.
- Self-initiative and adapts to changes by dealing successfully with uncertainty and ambiguity
