职位要求
- Phosphor steering DOE, data analysis, create STDB, setup Mixzpp and SCC to fulfill target bin requirement including color, CRI, brightness and yield.
- Develop new conversion materials with suppliers for product performance improvement in addition to qualify alternative material sources to improve product cost efficiency and supply risk mitigation.
- Participate in new product development as a material in addition to support project leader for conversion material trouble shooting.
- With the competency to test and analyze basic properties of conversion materials with relevant laboratory instruments, eg. fluoresce spectroscopy.
- Participate in and coordinate the OSRAM global BAT meeting for conversion material technical sharing and synchronizing. Team member of global conversion material sourcing committee, global conversion material design expert and design guideline rules community.
