As Project Director SAP Lifecycle Management, you will assume overall strategic and operational responsibility for the planning, initialization, and execution of complex SAP transformation and implementation projects in an international corporate environment. You will manage cross-functional teams and be responsible for successful implementation throughout the entire project lifecycle, drawing on your professional and technical SAP domain expertise and applying relevant project management methods.
- Strategic management of company-wide SAP projects with a focus on S/4HANA migrations and digital transformation
- Leadership and development of interdisciplinary project teams within an international matrix organization
- Management and coordination of external consulting partners and technical service providers
- Overall responsibility for project architecture, including planning, budgeting, resource management, timelines, and quality assurance
- Effective stakeholder management and close cooperation with international departments and decision-makers
- Management of critical project phases such as risk, test, cutover, change, and communication management
- Use of established project management methods – classic and agile – depending on the project context and objectives
