- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into working and scalable solutions
- Automate routine and manual tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and utilize statistical methods to uncover opportunities and insights to support business decisions
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and data cleansing
- Provide support to production data extraction and analysis for improvement, traceability and task force activities
