Process Development Engineer (Casting)

职位要求
- Develop casting process for mass production to handshake with operation team per project targeted timeline, yield & UPH.
- Generate/update documents (WI, buildsheet, OCAP, FMEA etc) required for new product/derivative.
- Train operation technicians and operators.
- Contribute in casting technology building block / roadmap, inclusive of assess new casting materials, new equipment, new toolings etc.
- To ensure self development to continually upgrading overall performance as well as maintaining organizational knowledge through supplier capability, material purchase spec management system & actively participating in internal and external knowledge sharing (Technical symposium, trade shows, etc).
- Support new product pre-series and ramp-up.
- Support post Q5 product quality, yield improvement and FAR topics.
