- Takes operational ownership of IOS products, acting as bridge between Customer, Business Line and all OSQ functions.
- Serves as the main interface to customer and Business Line managers on operational topics.
- Coordinates internal task forces and projects related to operational topics.
- Oversees the coordination of major customer escalations.
- Manages the end of life (EOL) process for products.
- Handles product change management (PCN preparation & coordination)
- Defines and drives the product cost-down roadmap
