Metrology Senior Staff Engineer

职位要求
- Own and perform engineering support for Lithography processes assigned
- Manage process/equipment parameters and ensure the robustness of processes/equipments with Line of Defense (LOD), Statistical Process Control (SPC), MSA, Standard Calibration and other problem solving/improvement tools.
- Support process & technology transfers to meet company targets in supporting production/metrology tool's ramp
- Perform Process FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management via PPCM
- Create and maintain documentation, certification & compliance of procedure in assigned functional areas according to quality standard & customer requirements
- Provide training to junior engineer, technician, OTD & Manufacturing Specialist
- Work as a team between Production/Engineering/Process Integration/Technology/Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce metrology line disruptions
